About Moranbah
The Queensland town of Moranbah was originally created by the Utah Development Company specifically for mining purposes. Located along the Peak Downs Highway, approximately 150km south-west of Mackay, Moranbah services the Peak Downs Mine, Goonyella Riverside Mine, Broadmeadow Mine, Moranbah North Mine and several other smaller mines in the region.
Bushlark Grove is centrally located just one minute's drive from the Moranbah Town Centre. The growing town includes a Civic Centre, a wide range of sporting venue facilities such as golf and bowls and Miners’ and Workers’ Social Clubs.
